These are the rules we follow when we build and maintain lists. If you ever see a list that doesn’t meet them, please tell us.
Choosing what goes on a list
A new list starts with entries we think deserve a place, based on availability, reputation, specs and what people are actually buying or watching. We aim for a real choice: budget and premium options, well-known names and smaller ones. Being on a list is not an endorsement. The ranking that follows is decided by votes.
Votes decide the order
We don’t move entries up or down by hand. The only exceptions are removing votes we can show are fraudulent, and removing an entry that’s discontinued, unsafe or doesn’t fit the list.
Affiliate links don’t buy positions
Some entries link to stores that pay us a small commission if you buy something. Whether an entry has an affiliate link, and how much it pays, has no effect on whether it’s included or where it ranks. Many entries have no affiliate link at all. Brands cannot pay to be added or to rank higher. Read the full affiliate disclosure.
Prices and coupons
Prices and deals change constantly, and stores have the final word. Always check the price on the retailer’s page before you buy. We only list coupon codes that the store or its official affiliate program has published, and we remove them when they expire.
Corrections
If a description is wrong or out of date, we fix it. Factual corrections are made as soon as we can verify them. Use the contact form and mention the list.
Comments
Comments are for sharing real experience with an entry. We remove spam, personal attacks, and comments that are clearly paid or written by the brand itself.
